This is our 4th or 5th stay here and never disappointed. Very comfortable, great location and all the amenities of home. From accessing the TV streaming, really comfortable beds, and a kitchen that has everything you need.

Brigham has great communication and cares about your stay. We had an issue and hiccup this stay (have stayed before and it was super smooth) he immediately took care of the issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth from there on out, we will not hesitate to book again.

The place is wonderful, and the jacuzzi is just perfect! The extra folding beds were a bit small, but with a good mood you’ll still have a great rest – after the jacuzzi, you can sleep well even on those. I’d recommend it for couples or groups of friends.

Brigham’s Place was great. Super close to maple canyon. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean, we are very comfortable overall we will plan to stay here again. Next time we come to the area.

We had a family wedding in Spring City just 7 miles from our stay in Mt. Pleasant. It was a perfect location and the views etc were breath taking. It worked perfectly for us and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Brigham for making our family destination wedding experience top notch! We would recommend it to anyone for anytime.

Very clean and comfortable home. The beds were fantastic! Very relaxing home. I felt a bit pressured to leave a rating, but honestly? The good reviews are earned.
The towel rods in the main bath are not sturdy. Be careful so they do not fall off.
I did not receive checkout procedures until after I have left the facility. I wish they would send check out procedures upon check in, but that is an easy fix.

Très bon séjour à Ephraim pour la rentrée universitaire de notre fils. L’appartement correspondait en tous points au descriptif sur airbnb et notre hôte était très réactif. Le petit balcon était très sympa le matin. Il y a quelques randonnées à faire à côté. Pour le côté pratique, il y a un wallmart pas loin en voiture.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Brigham's place. Just as nice as the first time. There were a couple of small things that happened and Brigham was right there take care of things. We will return!!!

We had to book a last minute, evening stay due to everything being sold out within a 2 hour radius. Against all odds, Brigham was responsive and easy to get ahold of. Even though we spent a long day driving and working, getting to his place at midnight was a wonderful place to rest. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing and easy to park/find. Definitely recommend.
